About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with a product manager, other developers, clinicians, and staff to deliver well-scoped, high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused individual contribution, takes pride in clean, maintainable code, and brings a calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving. You’ll contribute across the full stack, from front-end implementation to back-end services, database interactions, and cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on reliability and long-term maintainability. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
  • Experience with a modern backend programming language (C#, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.)
  • Familiarity with relational databases and experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and testing tools
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and paradigms (xUnit, Jest, Puppeteer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and basic administration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
  • Experience with Typescript and modern Angular v16+
  • Experience with Azure administration and Bicep templates
  • Experience with system administration and cloud best practices
  • Experience with SQL Server, designing queries, schemas, and migrations
  • Experience with Gitlab DevOps tooling and deployment pipelines
  • Experience with machine learning concepts or analytics applications
  • Familiarity with containerized applications (Docker, Podman, etc.)
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7 or other interoperability protocols

  • The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between [$95,000 and $135,000] annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
