Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years Full Stack Software Engineer experience with a focus on mobile application development
• Proficiency in React Native
• Strong understanding of mobile app development principles
• Excellent fixing and debugging skills with a collaborative approach to timely resolution and communication on after action.
• Mentoring experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess requirements and provide technical solutioning options and level of effort estimates
• Continuous learning mentality and advocate for positive change

Nice To Haves

• Experience with C#
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with DevOps principles and tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for mobile applications using React Native.
• Directly guide and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on their work and progress.
• Be responsible for your work and the progress of your team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Work with technical product partners and other specialists to define technical requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to curate an ideal user experience.
• Craft and build scalable and secure mobile APIs.
• Implement robust and efficient mobile data management solutions.
• Solve and debug sophisticated technical issues within the mobile app environment.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality in mobile applications.
• Pair program with other specialists on the team.
• Stay up to date on the latest mobile development technologies and trends.
• Use leading technologies such as GitHub Copilot to increase efficiency.
