Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology company or well-regarded startup environment.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including designing reliable and scalable systems.
- Experience building product features that incorporate AI/LLM capabilities or intelligent automation.
- Comfortable contributing across the stack when necessary.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering meaningful user value.
- Experience working with data models such as relationship graphs, contact graphs, or network-based data structures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small, fast-moving engineering team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience at high-performing startups or large-scale technology companies.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Interest in productivity tools, scheduling systems, or collaboration platforms.
- Computer Science or related technical degree.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the intelligence layer of a generative AI scheduling agent that coordinates meetings across individuals, teams, and time zones.
- Design and implement backend systems that interpret behavioral signals, relationship data, and calendar activity to drive intelligent scheduling decisions.
- Develop product features that enable contextual meeting recommendations, automated scheduling, and AI-driven coordination.
- Work across the stack when needed, contributing to both backend services and user-facing product features.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and highly responsive user experiences.
- Architect reliable and scalable infrastructure to support real-time scheduling interactions and complex coordination logic.
- Integrate AI/LLM technologies into production systems that interact with real-world user workflows.
- Help shape the long-term technical direction of a platform that may support a wide range of AI-powered productivity agents.
