This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to blend technical prowess with creative design skills to deliver integrated and user-centric solutions. We are a collaborative team of high-caliber business analysts, developers, administrators, and designers dedicated to advancing healthcare innovations.

Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into compelling user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring product consistency.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, and testing.
Develop solutions using C# .NET and apply reusable design patterns.
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, infrastructure architects, and QA testers to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide level of effort estimates and contribute to project planning.
Research and adopt best practices and design patterns for development.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance. (US citizens currently holding a Public Trust clearance or active Secret clearance preferred.)
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET and Entity Framework.
Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and knowledge of front-end technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
