About The Position
Careworks Health Services is Hiring Full-Time Lead Caregiver with High Standards for Care As a Full-Time Caregiver, you will be a big help in making sure our clients are satisfied with care services. Your main job is to visit 30 clients to perform quality assurance visits, each month, to make sure they are getting the best care. You will also teach other caregivers how to do their jobs right. It's really important that every new client has a care plan binder in their first week, and you will keep all care binders updated. Client and caregiver satisfaction are top priority, so you and our team work hard to keep clients and caregivers satisfied. If another caregiver can’t make it to their shift, you’ll help out by covering for them, making sure our clients always have the care they need.
Requirements
- CNA or HHA trained
- Trained or mentored caregivers
- HCA active, no exemptions
- Pass drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional references
Responsibilities
- Client Visits: Visit 30 clients every month to check how well they are being cared for.
- Shift Coverage: Step in and cover shifts when other caregivers can’t make it, so clients always have someone to care for them.
- Training: Teach new caregivers how to do their jobs and care for clients properly.
- Care Plans: Make sure every new client has a care plan binder in their first week and keep it updated.
- Satisfaction: Work to keep clients and caregivers happy with their care.
