Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate. The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales and building customer relationships while supporting the management and sales staff in our retail stores. The associate will be responsible helping to get product for clients, and cash wrap processes. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store. This will include the receiving of merchandise and presentation to the selling floor, processing of markdowns, removal from the floor for transfers, and replenishment. The associate may also be responsible for fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation. The associate must have an ability to successfully operate our point-of-sale (POS) register system and operate our email system.

- Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 pounds when merchandising the sales floor and use ladders or stairs

- Luxury retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits.
- Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs and overcome objections if raised.
- Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss prevention program
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures
