Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building modern web applications with React
Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience managing application state, component architecture, and frontend performance
Comfort working with REST APIs and collaborating with backend services (Java-based)
Familiarity with frontend testing, debugging, and build tooling
Experience working in an Agile, cross-functional team environment
Ability to make thoughtful technical trade-offs and communicate clearly
A growth mindset — curiosity, ownership, and initiative matter

Nice To Haves

Experience in FinTech, payments, or regulated environments
Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, or AWS
Experience designing UI for data-heavy or transactional systems

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-quality, user-facing web applications using React
Build intuitive, performant, and accessible UIs for complex financial workflows
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end features
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and distributed backend services
Drive frontend architecture decisions, patterns, and best practices
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising frontend engineering standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical planning
