About The Position

Primary Function of Position The broad launch of dV5 and My Intuitive+ has brought a need to re-imagine our user interface to successfully encompass all new functionality into a new, modern, world-class experience. The successful intern will help implement proof of concepts that will evolve the MI+ interface and other full-stack features using a modern tech stack. This position will report to the Sr Manager, Software Engineering and collaborate with design, QA, and other developers.

Requirements

• University Hiring Program Eligibility Requirements:
• University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program after the internship.
• Internship Work Period: Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June. Specific start dates are shared during the recruiting process.
• Required Education and Training Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree-seeking program at the Bachelor’s or Master’s (Master’s preferred)
• Industry experience with any major programming language

Nice To Haves

• Industry experience with javascript, react native, react, or swift
• Experience developing android or iOS apps

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to give early engineering feedback and test out proof of concepts
• Implement customer-facing features in the My Intuitive ecosystem
• Learn quickly from your manager and mentors and transfer that knowledge to independently solve problems
