The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a qualified and trained Functional Analyst Expert II for a role in an engineering support services program for U.S. Army customers at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The Functional Analyst Expert II is responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to bring about the successful completion of the CYBERTRON program goals and objectives. The CYBERTRON program delivers highly skilled engineering services to the U.S. Army C5ISR Center in their mission of cybersecurity research and development and cryptographic modernization. Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes. Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Appropriate DoD 8750 certification (Security+ or higher).
  • Must have experience and deep knowledge of business, functional and technical areas/disciplines and be able to conduct research on special areas.
  • Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise.
  • Must be able to work and analyze both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Eligible for TS / SCI
  • Experience supporting Army programs
