Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full life cycle experience for MCF customers on the email channel, including building the strategy, implementing the roadmap, and managing multiple email campaigns.
  • Work closely with content, product marketing, and business teams to improve seller experience and empower business metrics.
  • Own overall customer experience and engagement through email and optimize based on sellers insights and analysis.
  • Build audiences and customer segmentation, deliver deep insights through data analysis and behavioral re-targeting.
  • Create and manage monthly email content calendar for MCF business.
  • Proactively monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Develop high-impact A/B testing to improve email performance and continually improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to deliver key business goals through email.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in marketing, communication management, business, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in marketing, communication management, business, or a related field followed by 3 progressively responsible years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or performance marketing.
  • 1 year of experience with enterprise marketing automation tools (i.e. Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), or email tools.
  • 1 year of experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
