The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Future of Worker Safety Leader for the Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Advancing PSD’s digital platforms and solutions with our customers and end users across the world Igniting digital transformation across the organization in a systemic fashion that encourages the use of industry best practices. Leading commercial voice on digital projects that emphasize the business outcomes and customer needs. Identifying, developing, prototyping, and testing new technology driven solutions. Collaborating with 3M Ventures as needed on technology driven M&A activity. Leading and managing the near-term digital strategy deployment with project management discipline, focus, and rigor. Acting as a technological advisor as needed on large impact projects across PSD Partnering with stakeholders to ensure PSD digital solutions seamlessly integrate with key business areas like Mfg, Supply Chain and Customer Service. Partnering with Enterprise IT to shape and govern a consistent 3M digital environment across all customer and employee touch points. Driving and developing an internal and external team of technology developers, product developers and program managers through disciplined project management and software development methods. Collaborating and helping set direction for technology platform ecosystem with strategic partners. Driving the necessary change management associated with new digital operating rhythms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ten (10) years of experience in engineering and/or product development in a private, public, government or military environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• MBA Degree
• Ten (10) or more years' experience working with digital or digitally enabled solutions
• Ten (10) or more years' experience with heavily regulated industries such as Healthcare, Medical Device or Safety.
• Experience creating and leading executive level strategy and presentations for leadership
