Simply Set is part of a family-owned wholesale grower that specializes in a wide range of seasonal products, including annuals, perennials, and vegetables. We partner with major retailers. supplying high-volume, high-quality plant material while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have plant knowledge and hands-on experience, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong customer service skills. A commitment to following management direction and executing client initiatives is essential.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Smartphone required
- Photos must be taken during each store visit and submitted to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
- Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments.
- Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices.
- Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Work across multiple store locations when required.
- Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain regular communication with the Regional Manager and promptly report any special requests or needs.
