About The Position

As a Garden Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our gardens remain beautiful and thriving throughout the seasons.

Requirements

• Passion for horticulture and gardening or relevant experience in garden maintenance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, landscape design, and garden maintenance techniques is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work and aesthetics.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees by pruning, weeding, and watering as necessary.
• Help with planting flowers, vegetables, and other plants according to seasonal cycles and garden designs.
• Assist in the upkeep of lawn areas, including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating.
• Monitor plant health and report any pests or diseases to the supervising gardener.
• Help organize and maintain garden tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
