The Supervisor’s main responsibility is to oversee the execution of all service operations for a particular shift in order to serve our guests and provide an unforgettable, positive experience. They must maintain an understanding of all menus, service standards and set up of each particular space. This position will serve as the point person for service in the particular area they are scheduled for each shift. This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of their area of responsibility. These duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment. All while maintaining consistent contact with our guests and accommodating their needs. This position includes, but may not be limited to, food & beverage operations at all Beach Pavillion food kiosks, trucks, food court, and bars, Cason’s Garden, Discovery Café, and festival activations.
