Why This Role is Different: You're the Front Line – Greet customers, check fluids, clean windshields, and deliver the best service in town. Hands-On Learning – Work shoulder-to-shoulder with service advisors and techs. Learn how cars work, help with light tire repairs, and assist with service writing. No Two Days Are the Same – Between customer care, cleaning duties, snow removal, and helping in the shop, it's an exciting, fast-paced role. Full-service is a lost art – But not at 768 Gaffney Road. Requirements

A friendly, respectful, and energetic attitude
Tire experience or willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in all conditions
A team player who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and jumps in to help
