Position Summary Provide day-to-day administration of the marketing and sales of delivery system products and services to customers on the PSCo, CLF&P and WGI gas delivery systems. Ensure contracts for product/services are being administered to optimize the value of the gas delivery systems to the shareholders and the customers.

Requirements

High School Diploma and at least 3 years of related gas industry experience.
In depth knowledge of delivery systems, gas transportation, scheduling, balancing and applicable tariffs.

Responsibilities

Work with Gas Control, Engineering Planning and Operations personnel as required to resolve questions concerning contractual requirements pertaining to company gas scheduling (PSCO, CLF&P, WGI or other company gas delivery operations).
Manage customer relationships to understand and meet customer needs/expectations and how they translate into products/services which are currently available or need to be developed.
Create and administer all product and service contracts between the customer and the companies.
Work with Measurement and Planning personnel as required to resolve customer facility issues.
Monitor and remedy short term and long term contract imbalances.
Assist with scheduling responsibilities including on-call scheduling duties.
Work with Account Representatives to identify markets and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
Act as back up to Account Rep when they are unavailable.
Liaison between the customers and the companies to identify and resolve issues regarding gas transportation contracts, new services, billing problems etc.
Provide data to corporate billing where required for special requirements contracts.
Support annual revenue/income goals for Natural Gas Services customer segments.
Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
Participate in the development of new products and services.
Manage and direct the input of data into the Gas Transportation System (GTS) or other information systems to accurately reflect current business/contractual arrangements.
