About The Position

Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Marana, AZ. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information and directions

Requirements

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented,and a team player.
Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire controlequipment.
Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surroundingarea as requested by visitors.
Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safetyviolations.
Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement.
