Here at DuploCloud our partner team is on the brink of exciting growth, and we are actively seeking a dynamic Alliances Director with a proven track record in cultivating B2B alliances to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our collaborations with industry giants such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and other key partners, amplifying our ability to provide top-notch support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass the adept management of partner programs, orchestration of co-sell initiatives, and facilitation of customer dialogues alongside engineering leaders. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technology partnerships or alliance management
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through cloud partnerships at a cloud consulting partner specifically GCP
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a team
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and performance management
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Track record of scaling partnerships at companies in the $10-50M ARR range
  • Experience sourcing revenue through cloud providers such as AWS and GCP overseeing co-selling programs.
  • Developing and nurturing strategic alliances at a growth stage consulting partner.
  • Establishing and maintaining executive relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through effective collaboration with cloud partners.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint initiatives and go-to-market strategies with cloud partners.
  • Facilitating communication and alignment across various internal teams involved in alliance activities.
  • Staying informed about changes in the cloud industry and regulatory landscape that may impact partnerships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, devops, and/or cyber-security, technical qualifications and certifications are an asset.
