About The Position

Capgemini is expanding our team of GenAI Engineers to design, develop, and implement Gen AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gen AI, and Agentic AI frameworks - with demonstratable hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered features. This role requires strong collaboration and an aptitude for applying research directly to practice. In this role, candidates will identify and implement innovative solutions, improving the functionality and user engagement of AI models.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstratable advanced Python skills
  • Tangible work experience with Gen AI, and AI frameworks
  • Hands-on understanding of AI frameworks, programming and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Previous experience managing issues like hallucinations, token costs, etc.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI and agent development frameworks
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstratable ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of UX design principles
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
  • Experience in driving value propositions and business narratives

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:
  • Enhance the design and user experience to ensure intuitive and efficient interaction with AI solutions
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate AI in various domains and functions
  • Innovation and Improvements:
  • Research and identify new capabilities - articulating and integrating findings into development work
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the functionality and user engagement of AI models
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Translate stakeholders’ business requirements into technical functionality
  • Drive a compelling narrative aligning with value proposition of AI solutions
