The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is looking for an energetic, outgoing team player to fill part-time roles in various positions.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Some positions may require 18 or 21 years.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Responsibilities

  • Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members
  • Nurture: Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all to belong at the Y
  • Inspire: Exemplify outstanding customer service and a sense of community to Members, Participants, and Coworkers to foster their connection and growth with the Y and within the community
