About The Position

MultiCare’s Pulse Heart Institute is a physician led institute with multi-specialty partnership with Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular and cardiovascular service lines. Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies. Inpatient and outpatient position. FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: 4x10's MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well established and expanding practice. As a provider within our physician governed cardiovascular institute, you’ll find everything you need to excel in your job including outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources and talented teammates sharing your commitment to quality patient care.

Requirements

• Masters of Science in Nursing
• Post Bachelor’s Nurse Practitioner Program
• Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
• Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an ARNP in cardiology services preferred or ARNP with previous RN experience in cardiology
• Acute Care Management of General Cardiology Patients
