Serving as a liaison between the client, operations lead, and corporate support teams. Conducting daily communication and participating in client meetings, as necessary. Performing audits and inspections of completed work to assess performance (contract and tag). Collaborating regularly with the VP of Operations, Operations Manager, client, and/or property management to identify site needs. Hiring, supervising, and training employees responsible for maintaining buildings and grounds. Managing labor and supply budgets in accordance with contract requirements. Tracking and maintaining nightly reports, employee schedules, equipment, and periodic work per contract. Overseeing day-to-day workflow, scheduling, and employee assignments. Performing other related duties as assigned.
