About The Position

Outshine Family Dental has proudly served the community for a decade, providing exceptional dental care with a focus on patient comfort and advanced technology. The clinic is currently seeking a full-time provider to take patient care and office capacity to the next level. Equipped with updated equipment to offer state-of-the-art treatments, we have a high demand for cosmetic services, including implant restorative and placement. What we’ll like about you:

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
Current Louisiana license or eligible upon graduation
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

Benefits

First-year employment guarantee of $175,000 or the greater of 30 % of adjusted production
Second-year earning 30 % of adjusted production
Sign-on bonus of $10,000
Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program.
