Requirements

  • Active Journeyman’s Electrical License or above
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
  • Experience in tool install projects within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OHSA 30 certification required.
  • Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working on Samsung projects or similar semiconductor clients.
  • Knowledge of tool install protocols and commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct electrical installation crews on-site.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • Support the General Superintendent in managing subcontractors and ABM field personnel.
  • Oversee installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power distribution, controls, and grounding.
  • Enforce compliance with Samsung’s cleanroom and facility standards.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Assist with commissioning and turnover of electrical systems.
  • Identify and resolve field-level issues, escalating critical matters when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
