About The Position

Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated General Foreman Electrician to join our team in Central Florida. Under general supervision, they will install electrical systems, services, and equipment in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards and as directed by EIG. They will install and provide for the safe condition and operation of all electrical fixtures and systems. This individual will also adhere to established work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project.

Requirements

• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Effective participation in team environment.
• Ability to contribute to a culture of safety in a construction environment.
• Proficient computer skills a plus.
• A strong desire to learn and grow as a manager of field operations, working under the supervision of the Superintendent.
• A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
• 5+ Years of Construction Industrial/Commercial Experience as an Electrician.
• Driver's License and Clean Record.
• Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.
• Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
• Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
• Some travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
• Ensuring projects adhere to all codes, standards, and specifications, contributing to the safety and reliability of our installations.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Identifying and diagnosing electrical issues; enabling us to address any challenges that arise swiftly.
• Working safely and efficiently with the latest tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring a secure working environment.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with superintendents, project managers, engineers, and fellow tradespeople.
• Providing top-notch customer service to contribute to our clients' satisfaction and project success.
