Requirements
- Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Valid license, certification, or ability to obtain required trade credentials (preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions
- Perform seasonal system checks and routine maintenance
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform diagnostic assessments for leaks, drainage issues, and system failures
- Complete new construction, remodel, or service based plumbing tasks
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and safety inspections
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes
