About The Position

Connect Staffing Inc. is looking for General Labor Associate/Machine Operator to work for an amazing company that manufactures cylinders that are turned into oxygen tanks, scuba diving tanks, and much more in the city of Garden Grove, CA. Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM with overtime + Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent general labor or manufacturing experience
• Must pass a clean background
• Must have steel-toe boots
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be ok heavy lifting up to 40lbs
• Must pass a physical

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in roles such as Press Operator, Machinist, Material Handler, Production Operator, Construction Worker, Mill Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Loader, Off loader, and Warehouse Lumper is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Inspecting cylinder shells coming out of the machine
• Loading the machines with cylinders
• Sanding cylinders with machine and by hand
• Matching paperwork
• Working out in the yard bringing product in
• Palletizing and labeling
• Attaching nozzles and finishing touches to cylinders
• Moving product onto pallets
• Inspecting finished product
