About The Position

Master Roll Manufacturing is seeking a qualified General Labor-Material Handler Candidate

Summary of the Job: Candidate is capable of performing tasks such as building crates,shipping and receiving,cleaning and maintaining the production shop work environment, has flexibility in duties, is organized, has time management and can work independently. The person must be able to accept and perform duties outlined by the Supervisor in a punctual manner.

Requirements

• Read tape measure
• Table saw, circular saw, band saw, reciprocating saw
• Hand tools including drills, impacts, angle grinders
• Overhead crane, jib hoists
• Proper lifting techniques up to 50 lbs
• Operate drill press
• Operate forklift
• Operate pallet jack
• Operate dump hoppers

Responsibilities

• General shop cleanliness. Empty trash containers, shovel and remove chips/turnings.
• Outgoing shipment preparation including packaging, crating, building crates, labeling, staging
• Incoming shipment verification, staging, labeling, stocking
• Material handling, shop supply handling, staging at various work centers
• Material prep including saw cutting using band saw table
• Forklift Operation-Loading/unloading material to trucks
• Great Attendance
