About The Position

Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility
guidelines
Counting and stacking finished product
Reading factory orders
Safely operator necessary areas of machinery
Utilizing basic shop math while inspecting product (accurately reading tape
measure, gauges, and other testing equipment)
Effectively able to follow directions to complete quality inspections and
administrative document checks with accuracy
Ensure proper housekeeping of the work area is clean, organized, and
maintained especially during production downtimes. This will include the
following clean-up functions: blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts,
cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as
picking up and shredding scrap.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in the IP safety culture
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to perform physical, hands-on tasks in various departments
• Able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays if necessary
• Willingness to learn production processes
• Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment
• Organizing skills, basic math skills, comprehension skills, and safety observations
• Able to effectively communicate with the team, productions supervisors, and maintenance crew

• Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
