About The Position

FRANKLIN INDUSTRIES is looking for hard-working, hands-on employees to fill various roles throughout our plant. The General Laborer will support Franklin Industries in various ways such as material handling, product bundling, scrap cutting, and assembly.

On-the-job training is available but previous experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical skills/aptitude, and/or experience in assembly is preferred.

This is a 2nd Shift position.

This is an entry level position with much opportunity for career growth!

Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time while multi-tasking
• Ability to do repetitive tasks with hands, arms and legs
• Able to twist and reach
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
