We’re currently looking for a General Laborer to help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running smoothly. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with cutting-edge equipment, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and team spirit — you’re ready to work hard and have fun doing it.
• Ability to perform physical work — lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving throughout your entire shift.
• Dependability — we count on each other to show up and do our best every day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery and noise.
• Available for evening or overnight shifts: Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Third Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in our production line, assembling and finishing high-quality furniture components.
• Operate pneumatic tools and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow production plans and instructions with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Adapt to different workstations and tasks based on business needs.
