The General Labor position requires a person who is highly motivated, solves problems quickly, has the ability to multitask, and is responsible and efficient. You will need to be someone who can work with little to no supervision, be highly organized with strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, and a willingness and desire to be a team-player. Strong communication skills are required. You must be able to demonstrate consistent dependability and punctuality.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required
Lifting-75lbs 2% of the time
Lift 60 lbs. 40% of the time
Standing 90% of the time
Walking 30% of the time
Job requires outdoor work and indoor in all weather conditions with extreme temperatures.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a Forklift, Side-Lift and Overhead Crane is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Needs to be able to learn and manipulate industrial equipment and machinery
Must meet high quality standards of production in a timely and efficient manner
Will be required to help in various project and jobs that may or may not be a standard product that has been produced before
Must be willing and able to adapt and adjust to all labor needs and support needs of the department
