About The Position

You will be the General Machinist B for the Machining Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise, high‑quality machined components that enable mission‑critical systems. What You Will Be Doing As the General Machinist B you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing machining equipment to produce complex parts, assemblies, and tooling with limited assistance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Plan, layout, set up, and operate at least two primary machines or CNC equipment to manufacture complex components. Collaborate with planning, programming, and tool‑design groups to improve methods, sequencing, and overall efficiency. Fabricate shop‑aid fixtures, holding devices, and templates required for specific machining operations. Inspect work using appropriate measurement tools and verify that parts meet engineering specifications. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety and quality standards. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • One (1) to Two (2) years trades training and one (1) to two (2) years’ experience or two (2) to three (3) years’ experience.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

  • Proficiency in setting up and operating multiple machine types, including CNC equipment.
  • Ability to perform machining operations on complex parts, assemblies, and tooling with minimal assistance.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming concepts and collaboration with planning and programming teams.
