General Maintenance Tech
About The Position
Do you have general maintenance skills? If no job is too small, and you are a jack-of-all-trades or do-it-yourselfer, we would like to hire you. Tools and vehicle to use at work will be supplied. Duties included but not limited to: Plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs Patching/painting drywall Minor appliance repair and troubleshooting Framing experience a plus We are looking for individual who is self-starter, able to think on their feet, and quickly and efficiently diagnose/troubleshoot problems. Current driver's license required; high school diploma or GED preferred. Applicants must be at least 20 years old and provide references.Background and driving check on potential hires.
