About The Position

Description Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30AM – 4PM + On-call availability required for emergency situations Pay: $23.28 per hour Location: 1900 Dryden Rd, Moraine, OH 45439 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
1-2 years of general maintenance, labor, or facilities experience
Ability to lift at least fifty pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Proficiency with hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and wrenches.
Ability to read basic technical manuals or instructions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general building repairs including drywall patching, painting, door, window, and flooring repairs.
Complete basic plumbing maintenance such as clearing clogs, repairing minor leaks, and replacing fixtures.
Perform basic electrical tasks including changing light bulbs and fixtures.
Support HVAC preventative maintenance including filter and belt changes and basic inspections.
Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
Clean, lubricate, and troubleshoot tools and mechanical equipment as needed.
Move furniture, unload supplies, and assist with material handling.
Accurately complete work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection documentation.
