About The Position

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment, and fixtures. The position pays $24-28 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a maintenance role.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Repair plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and work orders.
• Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and tools as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and management to enhance work processes.
