This position This role performs a wide range of building and facility maintenance tasks across multiple trades to keep facilities safe, functional, and in good repair. Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Seven (7) years experience in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. (Requires practical skill and knowledge, not proficiency).
  • Basic computer literacy to process work orders or email/communicate electronically is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work in areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment to identify needed repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Respond to work orders and document completed tasks using basic computer systems or electronic communication tools.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and facility issues.
