Requirements

Active Secret clearance.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Seven (7) years experience in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. (Requires practical skill and knowledge, not proficiency).
Basic computer literacy to process work orders or email/communicate electronically is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair work in areas such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical.
Inspect facilities and equipment to identify needed repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
Respond to work orders and document completed tasks using basic computer systems or electronic communication tools.
Assist with preventive maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and facility issues.
