About The Position

The General Maintenance Worker performs maintenance, repairs, and cleaning on
assigned equipment and facilities. 2nd Shift

Perform minor fixes, such as ceiling tiles, wall damage, and replacing
lightbulbs.
Install required equipment as directed.
Monitor system controls, record critical data, and adjust systems for proper
operation.
Perform necessary cleaning activities, including dusting, mopping, and trash
removal.
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Inspect and diagnose equipment and building system issues.
Test and document the facility's safety systems.
Report resolved and outstanding issues to the facilities or maintenance
manager.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver‘s license
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check
• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• General passion for creative problem-solving
