Requirements

• Trade or Vocation School graduate desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
• Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities and/or the following systems; life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.
