About the position
As a team member, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring that your crew does the same. Your duties will include staffing, paperwork, food management, maintaining a perfect image, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, managing transportation to and from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and contributing to profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all crew members.
- Oversee staffing and paperwork related to store operations.
- Maintain food management and work to a schedule.
- Ensure a perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Manage transportation to and from work for team members.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with marketing efforts.
- Contribute to the profitability of the store.
Requirements
- Ability to operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
- Experience in preparing products and processing telephone orders.
- Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Experience in cleaning equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
- Strong communication skills to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
