Requirements

Previous experience in service management or management roles is highly preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of general repair and safety protocols
Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop staff effectively
Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and managing facility operations is desirable

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Support staff training and development initiatives to foster a motivated and skilled team
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management using POS systems
Supervise cash handling procedures, shift management, and customer service excellence
Contribute to meeting all company policy and procedure to ensure safety and speed of service.
