Requirements

10+ years management experience
5+ years overseeing day-to-day operations of a Home Services (HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing) Business Unit
Track record of year over year business growth
Proven success implementing and attaining KPI’s
Profit and Loss experience
Experience in a customer-facing role
Experience working for a small to medium-sized company
Train, coach, and mentor company leaders

Responsibilities

Be a driver of business growth in an accelerated time period
Provide excellent leadership to teams and individual employees
Lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage 3-5 managers
Empower others to do what it takes to provide unparalleled customer service to mitigate customer complaints
Develop and implement processes and structure to achieve profit and growth goals, and manages expenditures operational excellence
Manage revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve inefficiencies
Provide outstanding organizational processes to ensure efficient planning of material distribution and labor forecasting to exceed customer satisfaction while ensuring a positive financial performance
Be the liaison across support teams, procurement, field teams, sales, and technical services to ensure best practices are always utilized
Ensure accurate inventory controls are in place for fleet, parts and materials to reduce discrepancies
Diplomatically and collaboratively work with vendors, government entities, community leaders and other 3rd party partners
Execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
Create and hold others accountable to the achievement of KPI’s
Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, team meetings, and 1:1’s
