Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Two to four years of successful operations management experience, ideally in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant, or retail management
  • Proven ability to meet financial goals and drive operational excellence
  • Strong history of managing, developing, and coaching team members
  • Understanding of facilities management and preventative maintenance systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with computer-based systems
  • Must meet the standards outlined in the company’s Motor Vehicle Policy
  • Valid driver’s license; position may involve driving a company or personal vehicle
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A caring heart and genuine desire to serve seniors
