Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
  • 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar)
  • Proven success managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and event-driven operations
  • Direct ownership of full P&L responsibilities and financial performance improvement
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and present monthly financials
  • Experience leading managers across culinary, bar, events, marketing, and administration
  • A track record of stabilizing operations and building structure where needed
  • Comfort reporting to ownership, investors, or executive stakeholders
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • ABLE liquor certification (or ability to obtain)
  • A visible, floor-driven leadership style with executive presence

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, finance, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or advanced business coursework is a strong advantage. Equivalent senior-level experience will absolutely be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all daily operations across restaurant, bar, events, and guest experience
  • Own full P&L performance including budgeting, forecasting, and variance management
  • Manage labor costs, prime costs, COGS, and inventory controls
  • Oversee payroll, purchasing, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Develop and mentor a strong cross-functional leadership team
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and guest engagement initiatives
  • Improve employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal labor and alcohol regulations
  • Implement scalable systems, SOPs, and accountability metrics
  • Present performance updates and strategic plans to ownership
