About The Position

To help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories, HOTWORX is the first fitness studio to implement cutting-edge infrared sauna technology into a truly 3-dimensional training method: Dimension #1: Heat Dimension #2: Infrared Energy Dimension #3 Exercise Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members more workout in less time. Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following: MUST BE A ROCKSTAR AT SALES! MUST LOVE PEOPLE. Provide outstanding customer service to our members. Encourage and assist them in making the most of their workout routines. Help create fun ways to engage our members and attract new members. Always strive for 5 star online ratings on YELP, Facebook, Google and other listings Must be comfortable with giving sweaty high fives! This includes meeting and exceeding membership sales goals while leading a team to do the same. Must be a cheerleader at heart but a drill sergeant in execution. Oversee a team of TSA's (trainer sales associates). Help grow the member base of the studio through sales, superior customer service, and business partnerships & marketing to secure long term members. MUST be comfortable in sweaty post workout selfies! This includes performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events. Complete a minimum schedule of 40 hours per week. Position is salary based as well as commission and bonuses so you control what you make. Our ideal candidates have previous management experience, fitness certification and or degree in related fields, strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance based commissions and bonuses. We are currently looking to grow our team and interviewing for the next rockstar General Manager responsible to introduce this innovative fitness studio concept to New York City. With a brand-new studio, the General Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall success of the studio and our membership experience!

Requirements

High school Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred)
Supervising Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred)
Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering a legendary customer service experience.
Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events.
Leading and motivating the membership sales team by achieving personal sales goals and providing coaching to the sales staff to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
Curating a culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best.
Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
