As our General Manager, you will: Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, company goals, and financial targets. Lead and inspire department leaders across all areas of the hotel, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, engineering, and finance. Champion a culture of service excellence that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences and strong guest satisfaction scores. Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost controls to drive profitability. Recruit, develop, and mentor a diverse leadership team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative workplace culture.
