Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
  • Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
  • Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
