About The Position
GENERAL MANAGER FULL-TIME (50+ weekly hours), NON-EXEMPT Do you want to be a leader in a well-established NM Brand with over 70 years of history serving New Mexicans? Join Blake’s LOTABURGER, known for the original Green Chili Cheeseburger. You’ll have the chance to build your leadership skills and grow your career while sharing our authentic New Mexico food experience. The Blake’s LOTABURGER General Manager (GM) is in charge of protecting current sales and boosting future sales. They oversee all restaurant operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs. The GM’s main role is to represent the Blake’s brand and culture, ensuring the restaurant is efficient, provides quick and friendly service, and is clean and sanitary.
