Simply Salad, started in 2010 by Bruce Teichman and Cameron Lewis, was founded on the idea that everyone should have access to healthy, fresh, flavorful, affordable food in a way that is fast and convenient. If we can send rockets to Mars, we know this is achievable. That’s why we’re so committed to our mission: to make eating well simple for everyone. With 10 restaurants today in Greater Los Angeles, we are accelerating growth and will soon bring our unique offering to hundreds of additional communities. To do this, we are looking for innovative, hungry (see what we did there?), and passionate people. You’ll be joining a small but growing team working together in a collaborative, dynamic environment to succeed in our important mission. The sky, or maybe Mars, is the limit for us and our expanding team. You will serve as a key leader of the operations team and provide valuable input as we scale our organization. This position will report to the Regional Manager and will collaborate closely with the rest of the executive leadership team and ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurants
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role (assistant managers count!)
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-first mindset — you're all about the guest experience
  • Passionate about healthy food and positive vibes
  • Candidates must have the ability to work a 50-hour week with an open schedule to flex with business needs, which can include weekends, nights, holidays & additional days.
