We're hiring a full-time General Manager to lead operations and team performance at Crumbl Cookies. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, running efficient operations, and taking ownership of business results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want real responsibility, growth opportunity, and performance-based earnings, this role was designed for you. This salaried leadership position offers $60,000 annually with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 per month in performance-based bonuses, as well as a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000, paid after 90 days of continuous employment. Full-time managers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, with employee contributions starting around $200 per month. You'll also receive three weeks of paid time off each year, one guaranteed weekend day off every week, and a 10% tuition discount through Southern New Hampshire University. Ongoing leadership development and advancement opportunities are built into the role, making this a strong long-term career move rather than just another management job. As General Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day bakery operations while setting the tone for culture, accountability, and guest experience. You will lead scheduling, labor management, inventory control, food safety, cleanliness standards, and overall operational execution. You'll inspire, train and coach team members and leaders, helping them grow while ensuring the bakery consistently meets performance expectations. Success in this role means balancing people leadership with business results, staying organized, solving problems quickly, and leading from the front alongside your team. You will regularly monitor key performance indicators such as sales, labor efficiency, waste control, and customer satisfaction, and you will use those insights to make smart, data-driven decisions. This role includes ownership of financial results and profitability, along with responsibility for maintaining strong morale, high standards, and a positive, team-first environment. Managers who communicate clearly, hold themselves and others accountable, and take pride in their store's success tend to thrive here. The schedule is full-time and typically requires 45–50 hours per week, with a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Flexibility and reliability are important, and consistent on-the-floor leadership is expected. To support work-life balance, one weekend day off each week is guaranteed. We're looking for someone with prior management experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume environments who is confident leading teams and comfortable managing labor, scheduling, and performance. Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key. Experience in quick-service or food service leadership is highly preferred, but what matters most is ownership mentality, coachability, and a drive to build a great team and business. If you're ready to lead, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact while earning competitive pay and bonuses, we'd love to connect. Apply today to start the conversation.
